We help pension schemes verify member information and confirm that pension payments continue to be paid correctly.

Your pension provider has asked us to carry out a Proof of Life exercise.
This helps ensure pension payments remain accurate and protects members against fraud and administrative errors.
What information do we use?
Depending on the exercise, we may process information including:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Postal address
- Email address
- Reference number
- Identity verification results
We only process information necessary to complete the verification exercise.
Identity verification with Veriff
We use Veriff to securely verify identity online.
During verification, Veriff may process images of your identity document and a selfie to confirm your identity.
Veriff acts as our trusted verification provider and applies advanced security controls to protect your information.
